Home.fm is a radio station that broadcasts in south-central Michigan.

The station needed a concert poster, flyer, and web graphic for their upcoming Christmas concert featuring folk/acoustic artist Jetty Rae.

While working on the project, I attempted to match the soft, folk feel of Jetty’s music.  Rather than portraying the required Christmas theme with loud green and red colors, Santa Clause, or other cliché imagery, the poster employs a vintage, trendy, and even slightly-understated look and feel to get across the seasonal message.

The resulting artwork is unique and eye-catching (the whole point of a poster), but by matching the visual appearance to the artist’s style, the attention is kept primarily on the musical act and the show…right where it belongs.
